By creating an account or using AutoRetta you agree to these terms. They are a short summary of how the platform works — not a substitute for the auction host's own conditions of sale.
What AutoRetta is
AutoRetta is a marketplace interface for salvage and auction vehicles sourced from partner auction systems. We help you search inventory, track bids, and complete Buy Now purchases. Copart, IAAI, and other hosts remain the legal source of truth for lot details, fees, and sale outcomes.
Accounts & identity
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate profile information (legal name and shipping address) before checkout. Bids and purchases require a one-time Stripe Identity check with a driver's license. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Purchases & fees
Buy Now prices and fee estimates shown in checkout are not a final invoice until payment confirms. Auction-host fees, government charges, and shipping can change. See AutoRetta fees and the Copart / IAAI fee guides for current amounts.
